These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Karma Game mobile application (“App”).

The App is operated by Alexey Khmelev (“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, tapping “Continue”, “Sign Up”, “Create Account”, or otherwise using the App where acceptance of these Terms is indicated, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

1. About Karma Game: Couples Game
1.1. Karma Game is a digital service designed to facilitate communication and interaction between partners.
1.2. The App may include, among other features:
  • question cards and question decks;
  • games and activities for couples;
  • sharing and comparing answers;
  • partner interaction;
  • daily questions;
  • progress tracking;
  • gamification features and rewards;
  • other relationship-focused content and functionality.
1.3. Certain features of Karma Game are designed specifically for two connected users.
Once two users voluntarily connect their accounts as a couple, certain answers, results, progress, or other information may become available to both partners in accordance with the mechanics of the relevant feature.
1.4. Users understand that some features are intentionally designed so that each partner answers independently before both users' answers or results are revealed.
1.5. By connecting with another user, you acknowledge that information you submit through shared couple features may become visible to that user.
The Operator is not responsible for consequences arising from information that a user voluntarily chooses to share through these features.
2. Registration and Accounts
2.1. Some features of the App may require registration or creation of an account.
2.2. You agree to:
  • provide accurate information where requested;
  • keep your account information reasonably up to date;
  • maintain the confidentiality and security of your account;
  • not knowingly provide unauthorized access to your account to third parties.
2.3. You are responsible for activities performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Connecting With a Partner
3.1. Karma Game allows users to connect their accounts with another user through an invitation, code, link, or other functionality provided by the App.
3.2. You should connect only with a person with whom you intend to share the relevant App experience and information.
3.3. Once accounts are connected, certain content and answers may automatically become accessible to both users according to the rules of the relevant game, question deck, or feature.
3.4. Some functionality may remain unavailable or incomplete until both partners have joined, responded, or completed the required activity.
4. Paid Features and Subscriptions
4.1. Karma Game may offer paid features, premium content, or subscriptions.
4.2. Depending on the subscription or offer available at the time of purchase, paid access may include:
  • additional question decks;
  • additional games or activities;
  • premium content;
  • expanded functionality;
  • other features identified in the App.
4.3. The applicable subscription price, billing period, included features, and other material terms will be displayed before purchase.
4.4. Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or other supported app stores or payment platforms.
4.5. Your purchase may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the platform through which the purchase is made.
5. Automatic Renewal
5.1. Where indicated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
5.2. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the account settings of the platform through which you purchased it.
5.3. Renewal payments are processed by the applicable payment platform according to its terms and billing procedures.
5.4. Information about material changes to subscription terms may be provided through the App and/or the relevant payment platform where required.
5.5. Cancelling a subscription normally prevents future renewals but does not automatically terminate access for the remainder of an already paid subscription period.
6. Refunds
6.1. Where a purchase is processed through an app store or other third-party payment platform, refund requests are generally handled according to the rules and procedures of that platform.
6.2. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that you may have under applicable law.
7. User Content
7.1. You are responsible for content you submit or create through the App, including answers, profile information, messages, and other user-generated content.
7.2. You must not use the App to submit or distribute content that:
  • violates applicable law;
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
  • contains unlawful threats, harassment, or abusive material;
  • attempts to interfere with the security or operation of the App.
7.3. We may restrict access to or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with legal obligations, or maintain the security and operation of the App.
8. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
  • use the App for unlawful purposes;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, accounts, servers, or systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • use automated systems to access or manipulate the App without authorization;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. The App and its original content, design, graphics, software, game mechanics, branding, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the App for its intended purposes.
9.3. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
10.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Karma Game Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
10.2. The Privacy Policy explains, among other things, what information may be collected, how it is used, how long it may be retained, and the rights available to users.
10.3. Where required by applicable law, additional consent may be requested before certain personal data is processed.
11. Availability and Disclaimer
11.1. We take reasonable measures to maintain the availability and functionality of Karma Game. However, the App may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, updates, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11.2. We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or errors.
11.3. Karma Game is intended as an entertainment and communication tool for couples. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice.
11.4. Questions, games, results, suggestions, and other content within the App should not be interpreted as professional assessment, diagnosis, or counselling.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for losses resulting solely from:
  • actions or decisions of other users;
  • user-generated content;
  • information voluntarily shared with a connected partner;
  • interruptions caused by third-party platforms or services outside the Operator's reasonable control.
12.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Suspension and Termination
13.1. We may suspend or restrict access to the App where a user materially violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates security risks, or where restriction is required by law.
13.2. Users may stop using the App at any time.
13.3. Account and personal data deletion is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the account deletion procedures provided by the App.
14. Changes to These Terms
14.1. We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements, subscriptions, or available functionality.
14.2. The current version will be made available through the App and/or the official Karma Game website.
14.3. Where required by applicable law, users will be informed of material changes before they take effect.
15. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
15.1. These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protection and other rights that may apply based on the user's country of residence.
15.2. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
